Yes — the Worthy Collective, founded by Maggie Sitar, is a community for women building, leading and growing something meaningful, and because it meets online every week, women in Brighton, Howell and Hartland are in the room as fully as anyone. Its rhythm is summed up in three words: gather, grow, inspire.

How does the Collective’s weekly rhythm work?

The rhythm is built around live sessions you join from wherever you are. On Monday evenings, “Get Your SHIFT Together” meets live online, alongside the Collective’s other weekly sessions. Every session is live: you connect, engage and are seen by women doing the same work. Current days and times are always listed on the events page, read straight from Maggie’s calendar.

You do not have to commit first. Women can come to a free session, experience the room, and decide from there.

Why does accountability matter when you build on your own?

Because knowing what to do and doing it are two different things, and Maggie’s work is closing the gap between them. Her SHIFT framework — self-awareness, honesty, intentional action, focus, transformation — turns insight into weekly follow-through.

Inside the Collective, that work runs through five pillars Maggie calls DREAM: discovering your purpose, relationships and community, empowering your mindset, abundance and financial freedom, and mastering your wellness. The point is not doing more. It is becoming more aligned.

Does the Collective help the business grow, too?

Yes — the Collective is built for business growth as much as mindset. The weekly Business Circle leadership calls focus on leading and building, one of the five DREAM pillars is abundance and financial freedom, and members also receive monthly inspirational content, bi-weekly texts and group Q&A with expert coaches.

It is also a leadership path. Members move from the live sessions to a Wise Woman Inner View with Maggie — the story behind their business — then to the Confidence Kickstart, and finally to leading: launching their own courses, masterminds or signature teachings inside the community that grew them. For members who love to share it, there is an affiliate opportunity as well.

Has Lucky Ladies Social & Bingo come to Brighton?

Yes — Lucky Ladies Social & Bingo held a night at Bourbons in Brighton in August 2026. These are in-person community nights for women: bingo cards, real prizes, women-owned vendors to shop, and a room where nobody stays a stranger past the first round. Seats are reserved per person, so friends each grab their own and mention the group when booking.

New nights are added across Metro Detroit, and the current dates always live on the events page.

Many women start with the Confidence Kickstart, five private sessions built for blurry identity, imposter thoughts and can’t-get-started energy.
