Questions & answers
Everything people ask Maggie
Coaching, the Worthy Collective, speaking, events and how to reach her — straight answers, in one place.
Working with Maggie
- How do I start working with Maggie Sitar?
- Every coaching relationship with Maggie starts with a free consultation, booked on her calendar at maggiesitar.com/coaching. It’s a real conversation, not a sales call — where you are, where you’re going, and what’s in the way. From there you define your goals together, and you leave with a personalized coaching plan and your first session on the calendar.
- What does 1:1 business coaching with Maggie cover?
- Maggie’s one-on-one coaching helps purpose-driven entrepreneurs find clarity in direction, build aligned offers, trust their own decisions, and keep a sustainable rhythm. Sessions pair personal guidance and real strategy with weekly accountability, built on John Maxwell leadership principles and neuroscience-based mindset work. For established owners ready to go deeper, her six-month flagship, Built to Multiply, is by application and also begins with a conversation.
- What is the Confidence Kickstart, and how much does it cost?
- The Confidence Kickstart is five private one-hour sessions with Maggie for $1,297. It opens with a deep-dive call to clarify your current season, define your vision, and name the internal roadblocks, followed by four momentum sessions of mindset rewiring, personalized strategy, and confidence-building tools. It’s the place most women start — especially with a blurry identity, imposter thoughts, or can’t-get-started energy — and it begins with the free consultation.
- Is life or business coaching the same as therapy?
- No — coaching is not therapy, and Maggie honors therapy and the licensed professionals who provide it. Her work is closing the gap between the knowing and the doing: mindset, leadership, and follow-through. Anyone facing a mental-health crisis or thoughts of self-harm should reach a licensed professional, and anyone in immediate danger can call or text 988, the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline in the US.
- What is Ask Maggie on her website?
- Ask Maggie is an AI helper on maggiesitar.com, built on Maggie’s own teachings and frameworks, that helps visitors find their right next step. It isn’t Maggie, and it isn’t coaching, therapy, or professional advice. For the real thing, book a free consultation with Maggie.
The Worthy Collective
- What is the Worthy Collective?
- The Worthy Collective is Maggie’s community for women building, leading, and growing something meaningful. Its motto is “Gather. Grow. Inspire.”
- Who is the Worthy Collective for?
- The Collective is for women who want a weekly rhythm, real accountability, and a room full of women who believe in them. It fits women who have felt like they had to figure it out alone — no hierarchy, no comparison, no pretending. Members who keep growing can walk its leadership path and eventually launch their own courses, masterminds, or signature teachings inside the community.
- When does the Worthy Collective meet?
- The Worthy Collective meets live online every week, including the Monday-evening “Get Your SHIFT Together” session. The current schedule of online sessions — days, times and open seats — is listed on the events page at maggiesitar.com/events, read straight from Maggie’s own calendar.
